Each nurse was very professional and explained every step of the process carefully. They were also very friendly and engaging. The specialist who performed the IV was exceptional. She said she was the best, and she was!
Multiple nurses informed me of processes and procedures, and all were thoughtful and thorough to make sure I understood pre and post-op directions.

I knew what to expect, and although I was sedated and didn’t speak with him afterwards, my dad did and said he did a great job outlining how things went and what I would need afterwards in recovery.
I was an anxious mess for my surgery, and every nurse and person I interacted with treated me with a smile, confidence, kindness, and made me feel so much more at ease and cared for. It made a new and scary experience feel much less scary.
